Italian Charcuterie Brand Fratelli Beretta Takes Safety Precautions Amid Covid-19

Fratelli Beretta, the longest standing family-owned business in Italian
charcuterie tradition, announces a plan to safeguard production in response to Covid-19.

At Fratelli Beretta where quality is a family tradition and our driving force, we feel gratitude each and
every day for the opportunity to be a part of the lives of our colleagues, our neighbors and our customers.
Never do we take these meaningful relationships for granted, and we hope that you and your loved ones
stay safe and healthy. We would also like to take this opportunity to recognize the effort and dedication of

At this time, we want to provide full transparency on the health safety measures that we are taking in
response to Covid-19 to protect our employees and the food we produce. Continuing with all of Fratelli
Beretta’s already in place sanitary procedures of uniforms, masks and gloves, additional health safety
measures we are taking in the workplace are as follows:

• Following and re-enforcing all of the WHO CDC guidelines within all departments — Production
  and Office
• Implementing remote work and alternate work schedules to minimize the quantity of employees in
  office and promote social distancing
• Restricting entry to the facility — no visits or meetings
• Twice daily deep cleaning in all offices and production areas, common surface and touch point,
  on top of our nightly continues full sanitation of the entire facility

Fratelli Beretta takes Covid-19 and the best practices around it extremely seriously and we have
implemented the above safety measures at our Mt Olive location as well as our two other American
production facilities South Hackensack, NJ and in Fresno, CA. We will continue this workplace protocol
until further notice along with making donations of product in the greater NY/NJ area to hospitals,
community food collections, and community organizations with need.
